So Ack there was no 8-k filing which means they either paid Turnbull on Sat or they are in trouble with the SEC. I personally believe they paid the 1.35 Mil. because of their track record. Hope Im right but it sure would be nice if they would do a press release or something for this to take away any doubt. GO USOG
