Chiron - Two questions, two answers

#1 - Susman is _NOT_ the trial attorney for the EC. Justin Nelson is. I maintain asking "where's Susman" is like asking "Where's Marcia Goldstein" when Brian Rosen shows up in court.

#2 - Why haven't we heard from the EC. The EC has stated, (I'm looking for the filing or verbal) -- that they have 'suspended' their discovery, etc and are awaiting the Examiner's report. This is why, IMHO, the EC has been quiet. They, like us, need/want to see the Examiner's report before moving forward.
