I don't think this was ever about "diamonds", at least not in the shorterm. I think you know that by now.

If that's true, the SEC has terrific grounds on which to sue 'em.

As for scamsters staying out of the public eye, I've seen 'em do the exact opposite dozens of times. It's part of the mentality.
