But, Lest we not forget that for the FDIC, this is new fiscal year.
Pushing this out, all year makes no sense.

So, maybe the one month push out on closing maybe coming to end.
Also, JPig suing FDIC for Billions leads me to believe that all is not well in the marriage between FDIC and JPIG.

If I was FDic, I would not be happy that JPig wants Wamu for free and wants $ 6 billion from FDIC to give to WMB bondholders.
