gotcha, so then yes, alphabet boy it is!

How's our TFZI thing-a-ma-bobi going? Someone offered me a grilled cheese sandwich if the stock moves, and I'm friggin hungry!

Is that considered a stock promotion, do I have to disclose the grilled cheese sandwich? If I only eat half of it, and give the other half away to the homeless, can I use that as a charitable donation on my taxes?
