Matt Schissler: More samples helps everyone. Govt funding helps build an inventory that the private sector doesn't have. there is room for both, just like public and private schools. As for the shareholder "reward," I can never comment on future material possibilities. That is an SEC no-no. We just keep churning the butter here and in hopes that beautiful cake is baked soon.
