EIGH doesn't have much of anything. It has one employee (the CEO) answering the phone for all of its subsidiaries (which are not much more than shell companies it formed to scam you, the investor).

It has fraudulent accounting and a penny stock scam artist backer with a promoter (Williams) who will be lucky if he isn't soon trying to defend himself against federal stock fraud charges for price manipulation.

In short, this is a massive scam and investors here are losing a heck of a lot of money. The stock is now 75% off its highs.
