What quality acquisition is worth 1.5 bill shares or about 20% of the company? What quality acquisition would accept a deal for 20% stake in a dilluted company?

If he dilutes them for cash at this pps he gets about 6 mill.

To me he seems to have a greater incentive to try and raise the pps prior to using the remaining shares. They dont seem to have much value right now.

AIMO, I think the feather momoment is in the diversification of revenue stream arena, ie a contract. As It would be beneficial to demonstrate he is filling the lab prior to year anniversary in January. We know organic growth is going to be slow. What we bought wont fill the lab. It seems the only way to show its filling up by years end will be virtually (thru a contract).

I appreciate your comments, and agree Mexico is pending, and China is still ramping up. I think we both agree the next couple quarters are going to change the company for better or worse.
