It was announced on a PR as a .10 dividend. The PR also stated that they had the right to change it to 1 share for every 10. The OTC bulletin board states .005 with a payment date of the 15th. This means you have to hold the stock until the 18th (Monday) to receive it. They also stated that the .005 was submitted so they could change it before the payment date.
