I hate to rain on the merger parade. The Indian company avtar singh construction is in the middle of a liquidation court case filed by a bank who apparently loaned them. Look at item 20 in link below. If you are merging your company with another will you not check the court cases pending against them?? something fishy on the part of VCTY. Do your own DD.
