Think about it.


VCTY is trying to sell Tactican (there only source of revenue) why would a company sell their only way of making money? Heres why. they are merging with either HYDRO OR INDIA COMPANY. Do you guys really think they would be trying to sell tactican if they didnt have a merger lined up? Me nither. So why is everyone selling out?
