Bombarding the IR Rep with a bunch of e-mails is not going to expedite this process in any way.

Removing the CE is not a matter of signing a couple generic forms and submitting them, it is much much more complicated than that.

Practice a little common sense, if you ran SMPP would you want to have a major product launch and still have the CE on your stock all the while trying to sign new contracts?
