It appears First Gold is merely a shell company with significant NOLs. The reverse merger is the only way for the commons to be preserved and for the insiders to recover the value of the equity they hold. It does appear that there are some subtle hints that might suggest this is taking place which could mean a significant recovery for equity but some of the numbers being quoted are probably just wishfull thinking.
