Also, oryx, aren't the truck drivers and heavy equipment operators up on the mountain employees of the contractor, not SFMI. That's what our van driver told us and he is a heavy equipment operator. The contractor, I believe is being paid in shares, isn't he? Anyway, none of those $24-38/hr guys work for SFMI...
