I believe that Monk has an idea or two up his sleeve about how to get this to happen sooner than later.

A NSS Position of that size, will take some time and quite a run up in SP for them to obtain the shares they need to fill their Nakeds.

Hopefully they will get an FTD or an FTC somewhere soon, that will pressure their clearing firms to begin the cover. I am not sure what the NSS in VRML was, but it was not quite that high.

I am looking forward to see how the DIVY
Strategy Plays out. If it works as most hope it does, it will be a game changer for many small companies and could theoretically put an end or at least the fear of god into the MM"s and their little game. As The Divy is the Tool to get the Cover.
