Greg, thanks for stepping in with a reply.

It still does not make clear one thing: Are the "pre-supplemental war budget" deals dead or were they shifted to "post-supplemental war budget" dollars?

"We have not lost out on any of the IVR deals that I've previously implied. Have they been delayed? Of course. I keep mentioning President Bush's supplemental war budget for a reason."

It sounds as if more "ifs" were thrown into the "if/then" sales scenerio. This I don't like because it appears, to anyone waiting this long, to be another excuse for delayed sales to the military. Are we missing out on non-US Military and local agency sales because we're focused too hard on Uncle Sam?
