Yeah, that's why I wanted to ask about it. On one hand the presentation is hyping it as a value multiplier. On the other hand, the PRs suggest it's not going to happen any time soon, certainly not within the next six months. This is a pretty significant deviation from the 60 days time frame they were suggesting towards the beginning of the 2010.

Obviously I want the record date set as soon as possible, given I have as many shares as I want and will likely not be buying more. My targets are set, so I don't want to start selling if the spin-off might occur anytime in the near future.
