As far as I know the assets of the two companies are separate. This would be a personal judgment against Charlie, not MOP. If he can afford to pay Oakley 1500/mo for x amount of months, what is 90 odd thousand dollars for his other sidelined business?

I personally think hes been fighting this one for a while and finally lost.

Still, its not a judgment against the company MOP, however interesting/sad it is.
