I may be wrong, but the "100 share" lot trades seem to be the way Nasdaq computer trading occurs these days?
If you place a "limit order" as all or none- "AON" - it may not get filled and you are not charged a fee...
If you place just a "limit order" with only a price- you may get a partial fill, and the MM's will/can raise the bid before filling the order- or you must wait until someone else sells, or shares become available by funds or the company dumping some..
HOWEVER, your online broker collects a FULL fee on the first 100's share lots of the partial trade-- so they don't care how many shares you really get.
AND-- if you do a limit order "GTC without AON" - your broker may collect another fee on the first 100 share lot of the trades on all and every day(s) it takes to fill your GTC order. --------- Anyone feel differently?

CopperKen is very correct... I expected a bounce off of last monday's low and dumps on Thurs/Fri of week before, so sold Wed-Thurs- and some that were left on Friday ...
The PR was only funding of the new project- and had nothing to do with the bond interest payment that was due Oct 1st, or any new contracts or sources of revenue.
CuKen says- they may/might do another PR when/if the bondholder's payment is made-- BUT there are no new contracts or revenue expected so this is just a Fluffy Puffy green energy crap shoot for now! (JMHO).......
"SHOW ME SOME CONTRACTS"-- Like the guy said in the movie?
Until then I don't really expect any thing but sideways chop- or a drop in the PPS. Look at Sept 24 and 27- a peak at 30 then a drop to the low 20's. Not great investor confidence here!
People tell me this is a POS company and they will stay away until they have real results, or some profits.. Of course these same people might have said that about SIRI in Feb of 09, and about TSTR last month or so-- so you gamble?
