Can someone clarify to me what exactly EIGH does? I read the website, and have tried to understand, and from what I gather they do financial advising.... but they also do acquisitions? What exactly does that mean? And then, they also have something to do with sports and a guy who used to be a Cricket star? And then, also, they sell clothes???

These things all seem so random, so can someone please tie this all together for me so I can understand who it's all related? Thanks.
