susman has been very quiet lately.. we should have confidence in his silence.. i bet susman already has a rough or even good idea of how all this will pan out.. and assuming hochberg and his people are the 'just' people we hope they to be.. then there's really nothing to worry about. weil is pretty much finished, it's just a formality now.
