I believe there is a company in Israel, that is working on tech similar to the CRAM...& no, that information did not come from Gib it came from a guy named Jason Shin....remember him?
As for the October date, I doubt that Guy Benoit (the dentist) is going to hand the patent over to Gordon Bain....In fact, Like I said in a previous post, it was BOLD move! Perhaps there is something in the works?
As to Gordon Bain, I am unsure exactly what lit the fuse to have him cut off all negotiations with the ECT Recovery team...he is supposely a well respected business man in Quebec with his Tugboat company.....although I have a very good source (not any of the amigos) that your Guy Fauche was a lighting rod with this group of Investors from Quebec...Than gordan plans this lawsuit to take the IP as a creditor....not good.....
I hold no grudges against anybody on the board. They were the ones that stepped out & saved us from the former CEO....remember VIRGIL?.....remember a 12-1 RS that was planned?
Have they worked as quickly as I would like? NO! What happened for all those months they were talking to the group from Quebec? Did the NEWCO plan not pass the test? Were the Quebec Investors thinking of the interests of the shareholders when presenting their plan? Who knows? We were never given the opportunity to see the plan...WHY? Perhaps it did not have our interests as shareholders protected?
We can only hope that we are one step closer to saving shareholders...one day closer to bring the CRAM to the market....One day closer to saving lives....one day closer to having a huge payoff for shareholders!
