By the way, Gordon Bain is not just attempting to screw over shareholders, he is also screwing over other creditors. Those creditors would be better off siding with ECT team, who can give them equity in the company, rather than losing out completely if Bain or someone else steals the patent on the cheap. Everyone wins with the ECT/newco plan, not a select few but everyone.
