Prove it, this kind of semi-paranoid thinking is not helpful. It only creates a sense of panic that is more likely to help our opponents by interfering with good decision making. I have spoken with this board a great deal in the past few weeks and believe that they are serious professionals with a lot to lose if they do anything that would hurt shareholders. They have professional reputations to defend and also have friends who have invested a great deal in this company. I have heard Gib criticized as too loyal to the others on the board and now you are saying he is not loyal. My own rule of thumb is that it is better to ally with people whose interests are in line with my own when it comes to financial dealings. In this case Gib's interest are in line with ours as shareholders. He has millions of shares in this company, he benefits immensely if this company brings a legitimate product to market, both financially and in terms of his professional reputation. He has worked for years to bring a product such as this one to market and he has solid credentials in the scientific/business community that give us real access to people who are in the position to help ECT. Caroni has a product still and he could be developing that. No one took anything from him. It is his decision to sit on the sidelines and do nothing with his patent, as he apparently just wants to wait for ECT to bring in money and then try to take what we have. I say to Caroni, you have a product, you have had it for 8 years. Get off your duff and do something instead of sitting around whining.
