I completely disagree that any plan would lack credibility. In fact, when people risk large sums of their own money it tends to make me more confident about their commitment. There seems to be a good number of people who would like to either steal this tech or be in control of this company. The current board has proven with their actions that they will support shareholder interests, whereas others have not.
