Aren't all the convertibles supposedly expired by now?

Didnt Nic Cons himself supposedly say dilution was over now?

Why is there still dumping of shares going on?

Why hasn't the CEO explained this to shareholders via official corporate communication (not hearsay made-up telephone conversations noone can confirm)?
