As much as I would like to believe fsshon's theory that the settlement is already in the works and that the parties are just waiting for the examiner's report to plug in the numbers, I must say that this latest POS POR submitted by Rosey casts doubt that optimistic scenario could be in play. It would be pretty difficult even for Rosey to justify the expense of creating a new POR #6 with all the billable hours associated with it, if he was to come back after November 1 and have to explain to THJMW that we had this settlement agreement already to go but I just needed something to fill my time while I was waiting so I created the POR #6. That is just too much of a stretch to be plausible IMO. I am afraid we are still at the starting gate in the settlement talks. Really hoping the examiner's report will be the catalyst to get things moving.
