Bob, I don't know how big a deal it is but is it possible for each member to pick their own icon to be shown one's profile? Especially for members of the female pursuasion (for those that don't mind indentifying themselves as female). I find it fairly weird to look up a profile of someone that is female & those that are grandfathered have the icon of a bearded old gent. Now normally that would be cute...however, knowing that the alias belongs to a female...well...it kinda sends a shiver down my spine to picture a female with a flowing white beard. I need to get out more.
