CLDR alerting on accumulation. Big Apple who dumped 450M shares into the market and raised the Float to 800M for CLDR is now out. CLDR pulled their contract with Big Apple in a move to calm investor fears into the history of B/A and the dumping that goes on when a run starts.

CLDR is now accumulating in the .0004-.0005 area (over 350M in two days) and will see a major spike in the coming days.
