You can read it closer, but if JPM decides to do the stock thingy, it's value is the average over the prior 30 days, whenever the exchange for the REITs would occur.

Frankly, it's those little nuances that aren't worth my time right now. This DS/POR is dead.

We'll see a "real" one after the Examiner does their thing.
