I am not privy to what goes on behind closed doors with the board....There are certain things this board cannot do both ethically & financially as BOD's.........and it must be board members who make the decisions for the company......
We must remember that the only plan as shareholders we will accept is one that PROTECTS us, our interests, our IP, & not throw this company into bankrupty, or wipe us out period.
I am still trying to find out what happened last week. What was once predicted the end, it would seem the ECT Recovery surprised everyone, stepped up to the plate in this particular court hearing & paid close to $40,000 to settle this case.....or was it investor money flowing into the company?
The CRAM belongs in ROBERT TRUCKS, not courthouses in Quebec. I wonder what Delaware is thinking of all this?
As for the board, no matter how many remain, all of them will be up for re-election once we have the shareholder meeting. I will vote for a plan (regardless of whose plan & egos who may be hurt) that brings the cram to the market,protects us & makes our shares rise to dollars. It is that simple.
