Hi Jim,

How refreshing, sometimes my reputation doesn't precede me!

Short course, I rarely ask a question for which I don't already know the answer. I rarely post about a stock before I've read the filings.
This case is not a rare example.
I will only disagree with you on a single point. The filings are not the only links needed. Sometimes they are the only link available, but the smart investor will find every scrap of information available...especially when "investing" in pennies.
