Ahh...ok. So they confirmed all the shares in the O/S, the in their audit of 545 accounts, 53 million were real and 29 million were naked. Wow, that's only 545 accounts.

According to that sample, 35% of the shares are naked. A huge number. I don't expect it to stay consistent, but that's still a ton.
