You might want to put your sell at higher than $1. Everyone is hesitant to believe the low shares available, because a lot of us have been here a long time and have been, at times, complacent. If I remember correctly, Mr. Ofchinick has negotiated mergers in his past, and has been quite successful with his business negotiations and decisions (pre IHGPD). I'm inclined to think that these guys did a reverse split as a strategic way to turn things around for IHGP(D). This also seems hard to believe for the longs. Yates probably only knows the easy way in business and may not have much of a conscience, but I don't think someone with the credentials that Ofchinick has would suddenly be crooked. He probably thrives a lot more off of turning a business into a success. In my opinion, IHGPD has Reverse Merger written all over it. They could have done a 1000 to 1 reverse split and they didn't. This is just my opinion, but should it become true, I think you would kick yourself for selling @ $1. Again, just my opinion.
