Wrong. The float here is 139 million shares. Figuring out the legal float is not rocket science, my friend.

It is very simple. You take the O/S and subtract the restricted and that gives you the float. Any other claims are patently incorrect. If the company says otherwise, they are slimy, lying scumbags.

Float

What Does Float Mean?
1. The total number of shares publicly owned and available for trading. The float is calculated by subtracting restricted shares from outstanding shares.
