Considering it just went up for votes and passed last week, on average, it takes about 2-3 weeks before signed into law. From the uncertainty of this industry about 2 years ago with the prior laws in place, I think the president has been on top of it considering everything on his plate; we should actually be greatful as this will positively affect our investments, regardless what date it is signed into law. It's a done deal, all it needs is a signature, no more specualtion at this point where we are headed; cord blood storage is here to stay and we have government support, plus they understand the neccessity. Win win from here on out. Everyone really needs to just chill out, when it goes up for signature, I am sure it will be a major event and televised like every other bill he signs into law (protocol). Unfortunately, the bill will not be ready for signatures today, obviously, but it would have been nice if the timing would have been aligned with SCAD. The Presidents schedule I'm sure is forecasted out at least a week in advance; not just like he can drop everything else and rush this bill along with congress, the house and the legistlative branch so he can sign it on SCAD.
