Reminder for those that don't know the difference.
SMS has been around for a long time.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SMS

Comcast is late to the party, but they now offer SMS to their customers so they can get Comcast information using Comcast's short code. Any company can get their own short code. You text to it and get a text response. 10,000 companies, 10,000 different short codes, all giving a text response.

Note the "call me" feature. Nothing new. You text to a short code, someone reads your text, (hopefully), and calls you back, (hopefully).
This, Lucyphone and Sumotext are nothing compared to what texting a Voice Keyword does, which is connect you immediately and automatically to a phone number.

Would be nice if there was one (universal) short code all companies could use, so customers would only have to remember one number, not 10,000. It would also be nice that instead of a text response or hoping someone reads it and calls you back, that when you text, you get an immediate connection to a phone number.

Most of us know and understand this, hopefully those that did not get it before, now do.
