Just for the record Locks, yes I still think .03 is possible by year-end. The most likely scenario for a knock me over with a feather announcement would be a December announcement with a January 1, 2011 effective date. What happens until then I have no clue. But we do have the China Sub announcement that will have to be made by year-end also.

I have found very little on the net about the passing of the Stem Cell Therapeutic and Research Act. It only makes sense that Obama will sign that bill into law tomorrow and hopefully we get some press coverage of that along with it being Stem Cell Awareness day tomorrow. Hopefully that drives some volume but who knows.

Don't worry about the mule going blind just load the wagon.
