I may be wrong but, after reading Crude's post with the RRC letter on thing becomes clear.
Someone doesn't know how to locate a well on a plat and transfer the info. to the drilling permit request. How on god's green earth can anyone get the surveyor to stake the location correctly when they don't know how many feet to go from lease and property lines? GEEEZ!!!!
