He's a moron for having BILLIONS of shars outstanding in the first place. Stop trying to sugar coat everything and look at this crook for what he truly is. The whole reduction in A/S was a joke! LMAOff! Now if he were to lower the A/S count to less than 100 million I wouldn't be such a disgruntled shareholder! For the record I own approximately 1 million shares and do not enjoy this bloodbath because of sheer stupidity. If it were me running this dirt hole I'd have the price well over a dollar by now. Is he that busy running the company that he can't wake up and do something about this embarassing sub penny share price??? At this point I look at it as a total loss and will just have to write it off. I'd never do business with a sub penny company and should have known better not to put my hard earned money into this! Dustin screwed everyone over on here and is living a grandiose lifestyle at the expense of all of us!
