This says nothing on value of stock value as Gerber will make that determination when he grants a POR. The question is: will the POR be the debtors version? Valuation based on UBS? someone else offering a different POR? UBS did not deliver an investor with SVP/Canyon to compete with debtors POR back this summer. The equity committe, has Skadden representing them on valuation. UBS was a key witness on valuation during the hearing. Reading anything beyond that, you need Jax's magic 8-ball.

You seem to be wanting to know the end of the book before you read all the pages. I do not think anyone on this board can say the stock is going to do this or will be that value. The only thing certain is that the journey of CEMJQ is uncertain. Some of us have sat back and watched the ride, others have sold, some higher than others.
