Just wanted to let everyone know that UBS filed an application for fees incurred for services until June 2010. During this period, they did not bill the equity committee for a transaction fee, which would have implied they got recovery for the equity committee of >$225MM.

Not sure if this says we're definitely getting below $225MM recovery (i.e. $0.93/share) or if it just means UBS was able to close the transaction (i.e. equity recovery > $225MM) AFTER June 30th.
