I also read the whole complaint but see thing different my friend.
Chris lived with his associate? CEO lives with wife and son.
CEO took money from associate? How could they prove that unless associate has told. Even then i would never believe all this for $77,000 dollars.
Now looking back i saw where CEO reported buying the stock on open market and then lent to ATNP>>Go read the release.
GOTV? Well we all saw a demo of the box and i think its posted on TT.
The releases are probably covered under print on botttom of each release. Safe Harbor Act i think it is called.

BTW: I have lots of shares and will hold until I see more proof.
I see alligations nothing more.
This stock according to the Internet was over 1 million shares short. It certainly was to the shoter's advantage to let this happen as all the suckers are selling.
The MM's are manipulating this stock and have been for over 1 year.
Why is it that most people in this room can't figure it out when they see all the buying???WHY?? WHY???

Last, I have heard alot about GOTV and TT but i will bet everyone of you that both companies will fail big time without the guy you all bash. A JOKE.
Am a big boy and will take losses if there are any. Made, as most of you did, a small fortune with Atlantis and Chris.
