Matt has said exactly that many times. CBAI is working towards all the different relevant accreditations and it takes time to get them.

The accreditation stamp in itself is often fairly simple. Either you pass the test or you don't. Sometimes provisional accreditation is possible, as a temporary status. But there is a lot of prep work leading up to any accreditation process, and since CBAI is going for multiple accreditations, that does take time.

CBAI also has to wait its turn in the line-ups with anyone else seeking the various accreditations. The regulatory bodies responsible for accreditation have limited resources of their own.

I am not worried that somehow CBAI will not get accredited. Accreditation is a fairly clear-cut process. CBAI should have no trouble meeting the various accreditation standards. Dr. O'Neill will have much experience with medical accreditation.
