3) No CDs (Convertible Debentures) meaning no dilution.
4) A/S = 75m
5) O/S = 72m
6) Restricted shares = 38m
7) Float = 34m
8) The float is almost locked up if not already.
9) If the stock is trading at .10/share, the Market Cap is only ~7m
10)If the stock is trading at 1/share, the Market Cap is only ~70m
