GVDI DD Compilation - All You Need to Know...

Some important updates as of September 20 that were not in the previous compilation are below. The share count has been updated as well as a few details regarding holdings.

What is GVDI's Share Structure?

Confirmed by the TA, Signature Stock Transfer:

The total shares outstanding for this company as of 08-16-2010 is 72,400,000 shares outstanding with 34,345,669 shares free trading and 38,054,331 shares restricted with 75,000,000 shares authorized.


So who is reverse merging into the shell?


The CEO of GVDI is married to Annette Davis, the owner of Adavco Inc, a California Real Estate Development Corporation since 1982. Mrs. Davis is also the Majority shareholder of record - she owns the 38,054,331 restricted shares. It is assumed that Adavco Inc. will be RMing into the GVDI shell, but not yet confirmed by a Press Release. Realize that it may not be Adavco Inc., it may be a larger Development Company.

Please remember that these 2,298 lots owned by Adavco are from ONE SOURCE, the City of Bakersfield. The company may have additional holdings in that area as well, including Real Estate that has already been developed, both residential and commercial. The 2,385 acre ranch is in ADDITION to the lots described.

FINAL THOUGHTS

Please review this post carefully, the share structure, the website developments, the land owned by the wife of the CEO and her company Adavco Inc. Remember that Adavco may not be the company RMing into this shell, but there is a very strong possibility, it just makes sense.
