It is not illegal to "buy" or "sell" any stock on the market. If it was illegal to "buy" or "sell" it would not be on the market in the first place. EIGH is on the market so it is not illegal to "buy" or to "sell". It's my money and I understand all of the risk factors that come with all pinks.
