Incan Update 14 - General Update
I spoke with the Company a few moments ago. Here are the highlights of the brief conversation addressing some board concerns.
1. Audits will be complete by months end. Yes, there have been holdups, but when you have 12 filings to catch up on, it takes time and money.
2. As for news, company took it upon themselves to remain relatively silent until DOJ investigation was completed. Although inca had no involvement and was not implicated, Company did not feel it wanted to be scrutinized during this period. Instead, management used the past two years to rebuild the brand as well as to establish itself in Miami. Company feels both have been done successfully.
3. As DOJ investigation is now wrapped up, the Company intends to be fully transparent and focus on shareholders.
4. As for wholesale, after a small test run production last year, along with a successful runway show and press blitz, Company now feels its time to turn the corner. Orders have been placed and an updated list with other news will follow the filings.
5. The Company appreciates shareholder patience throughout these trying times. Management has worked tirelessly to create lasting value for shareholders, not fluff; so we can ALL get a great return on our investments.
