Re Dengue - is there not a specific test which quickly establishes which version is involved whereby an applicable single targeting cide could be used?

The testing would be crucial in that case if one wanted to use a specific cide for a specific variation.

In the absence of such tests one would be forced to go in sequence with one cide version after another till the cure was effected - probably too time consuming so the multiple cide would be necessary.
