I disagree. I mean if according to the latest MOR and the Tax refunds we should already be over 3billion positive over liabilities which in turn should be reflected in the pps of all pref's, but it does. The old mm's control is what keeps us here.

I am heavy in the commons, but i also have a nice chunk in th prefs as a hedge.
